Many people want to know: If we eat clean or healthy food, will we lose weight ?
No! Not Always
If we eat healthy food, but we eat too much, for example, if we consume brown rice instead of white rice, but consume it 2-3 kg per day, we will be fat for sure. Even though it is healthy food.
So what we need to do is consuming proper quantity of healthy food and try to lose weight. This is the best way to lose weight.
